Shipping was fast. Unfortunately these don't ship well and 2 of the 6 bottles we ordered had poured all over the box. Not the first time this has happened with this product, even when ordering from other stores. I think it's just the bottles that are used. However, the product itself smells very nice in the dryer and Leslee offered to send 6 replacement bottles so overall, A+ for customer service. I will reorder from her again.
